Wrong Product Received

- The product must be unused, with undamaged packaging, sealed in its original condition, and include all supporting documentation and accessories.
- Once the returned product is received and verified, we’ll dispatch the correct item within 24-48 hours.
Damaged Goods Received
If your product arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered. You can request a replacement by following these steps:
- Record a video while unwrapping and unboxing your product. This is mandatory as proof of the damage.
- Submit the video proof along with your claim.
- Important: Failure to provide video proof or submitting it after unboxing the product will make your claim ineligible.
