Wrong Product Received

If you receive an incorrect product, don’t worry! We’ll take care of it.

  • We will arrange a free pickup of the incorrect item (where available), or you can courier it to our office.
  • The product must be unused, with undamaged packaging, sealed in its original condition, and include all supporting documentation and accessories.
  • Once the returned product is received and verified, we’ll dispatch the correct item within 24-48 hours.

Damaged Goods Received

If your product arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered. You can request a replacement by following these steps:

  • Record a video while unwrapping and unboxing your product. This is mandatory as proof of the damage.
  • Submit the video proof along with your claim.
  • Important: Failure to provide video proof or submitting it after unboxing the product will make your claim ineligible.
